I offer a safe space to explore feelings, using different tools. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is key in any event of the therapeutic journey and its power cannot be underestimated. this is my philosophy.

About me and my practice

I run a private Counselling practice from my home in Aughton, Collinbourne Kingston, Marlborough, Wiltshire.

My specialisms are depression, anxiety and phobias, however, any issue can be looked at or just feeling "out of sorts". I offer the client a safe empathetic, genuine, and non-judgemental space to talk with no pressure.
